Consumer health data

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

What this policy covers

Washington's My Health My Data Act, and similar laws in other US states, treat information showing that you are seeking a health service as consumer health data. Because Seoul Baseline helps people plan health checkups, we treat the information below as consumer health data, wherever you live.

What we collect and how we use it

  • That you're interested in a health checkup in Seoul, and when you might come. We use it to reply to you, to plan our launch (dates, partner hospitals and language support) and, if you ask for updates, to email you about our launch.
  • The kind of checkup you're considering, the help you'd want, and the center you asked about if you used an "Ask about" button. We use it to decide which programs and services to prepare.
  • Anything about your health you choose to write in a question or email. We ask you not to send medical details. If you do, we use them only to reply, then delete them.

Where it comes from

Only from you, through the form on our website and the emails you send us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell consumer health data, and we don't share it with third parties or affiliates. The services that run our form (Tally), email (Google Workspace) and website (Cloudflare) process it only on our behalf.

We collect consumer health data only with the consent you give in our form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights and how to use them

  • Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it. We don't share or sell it, so there is no list of third parties to give you.
  • Ask us to delete it. We delete it from our services and ask the services above to do the same.
  • Withdraw your consent.

Email [email protected] from the address you used, with "Health data request" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We respond within 45 days, or tell you within that time if we need up to 45 more. Requests are free, up to twice a year.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject. We answer appeals in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
